Every client has, during office hours, access to our UK-based Helpdesk Support on 0845 620 9260, however we know that not everyone works 9-5, so each client has a dedicated Account Manager with 24-hour mobile phone access.
In addition, you will have access to our IT Manager in case of emergency.
Our helpdesk will log each call, and then assign it to the relevant technician or engineer who will endeavour to resolve your issue quickly and with as little disruption as possible, either remotely or if necessary, on-site.
The level of response time will be outlined in your Service Level Agreement.
